Our production facilities with state-of-the-art technology ensure consistent quality and sufficient product capacity in sizes ranging from 30 kg to 4,000 kg. Naturally, production is carried out in accordance with cosmetics GMP, Good Manufacturing Practice and other standards.

Cost-effectiveness can also be realised for small and medium runs thanks to intelligent machine designs and flexibility.

Raw materials are purchased according to the strictest criteria. All raw materials undergo an incoming goods inspection. Where required by law, they are microbiologically analysed in our laboratory in accordance with the internationally valid guidelines of the chemical industry. Only after all tests have been passed do the substances receive approval for use in production.

We guarantee consistently high quality through physico-chemical analyses of the raw materials and finished products.

Thanks to the latest instrumental analysis, we are able to detect impurities and undesirable substances down to 1pg/µl in the samples. A gas chromatograph, coupled with an extremely sensitive quadrupole mass spectrometer, enables us to measure such low concentrations.

The entire production process is supported by our in-house database and monitored and documented by a quality assurance system. This enables us to ensure that only flawless goods leave our premises. The raw materials and packaging materials are used according to the ‘first in, first out’ principle.

This is ensured by barcode recognition. Possible errors, e.g. when weighing the raw materials, are reported online to the operator and simultaneously to our quality management team by e-mail.
